Saint Iver’s new direction into rock/hip-hop music starts with a split, and it comes with a rock/rap single

 With lofi aesthetics Iver’s new single explores minimalism in its beat production with only 3 instruments alongside rock guitar samples. Heavily distorted kicks alongside multiple layers of percussion to create a heartfelt song that reflects the verses matter of factness. Exploring heartbreak with a melancholy hook, Saint Iver walks away from poetic prose and creates a song that feels more like a conversation between friends.
